Select a project from the drop down box and click on “change”

Sort results anyway you wish by choosing a date range: daily, weekly, monthly or project to date

Choose the type of report you wish to view by clicking the drop down box then click “GO” Percentage Report is selected in this case.

Click the drop down box and choose the level of your organization you wish to view, then click “full view” and see below.

You can sort results according to any question on your evaluation by clicking the drop down box, then clicking on “full view”, then scroll down to see results.

Click on ‘full view” then scroll to the bottom of the page to see your results

Click on “print view” for a print version of your results

Click on “PDF” for a PDF version of your results. Individual evaluations can be emailed to supervisors, managers and employees to reinforce behavior.

Click on “excel” for a spreadsheet version of your results.

Click on “view” for any question, which will list the answers given for that question on each completed call/evaluation.

Total number of completed calls/evaluations and the average score for the selected date range and company level.

Total number of calls/evaluations minus non-rated calls. Non-rated occurs when calls are not evaluated for reasons like 5 minute hold times, insufficient data, outsourcers ineligibility, past due accts, etc.
