CSR Inc. is a small quality assurance consulting company located in Wayne, PA.  We specialize in employee development through the use of third party monitoring and training programs.  The majority of our business focus is call centers in the cable and telecommunications industries.  CSR Inc. is looking for an individual who can continue to drive growth in this industry as well as expand to other industries. 

The position of Director of Business Development is a full time position responsible for selling our services to current and potential clients. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Responsible for meeting annual revenue goals.
• Develops and manages all phases of identifying prospects, client presentations and proposals.
• Maintains budgets and contact reporting on an ongoing basis. 
• Updates with monthly actuals and reforecasts.  Analyze shortfalls and recommend recovery strategies.
• Presents sales reports to the company president on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Develops relationships with current and potential clients by attending and representing CSR Inc. at multiple industry networking, educational and local events.
• Promotes brand awareness by optimizing “free” opportunities to speak at events, submit articles, blogs and white papers.
• Manages all sponsorship opportunities. 
• Assists in keeping sales/marketing collateral materials updated.
• Finds alternative revenue opportunities and/or partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS: The Director of Business Development should have a minimum of 7 years cable industry experience in sales for a vendor.  Candidate will be making client presentations on a regular basis and must possess an upbeat, confident, and pleasant personality.  The candidate must be able to write professional proposals and prepare client presentations.  Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and formatting functions.  The candidate should possess the ability to work the phones and as well as travel for client presentations.  Compensation is based plus commission.

We are seeking people who are looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to make extra money. This position will not work for people who are currently employed full time or seeking full time employment. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is based on the degree of difficulty of each project.

Contract Training Facilitators
We are currently seeking training facilitators (independent contractors) to deliver an exciting new one-day customer service training program that is designed for field service technicians. The training is currently under development so the actual delivery dates have not been established.

To be considered you should:

1. Be highly experienced in facilitating front line employee training
2. Be experienced in delivering customer service and/or sales training in an experiential format
